Welcome...

To our fourth issue of ... The House Library

Welcome | Bienvenue | Benvenuto/a | Bem-vindo/a | ¡Bienvenido/a | Hoş geldin

We are delighted to welcome you to the fourth edition of our in house publication, The House Library.

It’s been fascinating to review the last 12 months of activity within the business and we are extremely pleased to report that 2023 has been another successful year for our team. As our business continues to evolve, so too does our reputation and in this edition, we sit down with Deborah Battsek from DBPR to discuss the year that was in more detail whilst also providing a view point on the current and future market conditions.

Tedworth’s success is down to the people so it is great to have the opportunity to learn more about Matthew, James and Hannah who have all joined us this year. In addition, we are proud to showcase a selection of wonderful houses and apartments, alongside some highlights from our portfolio that we have successfully sold and let in recent months.

We really do hope you enjoy The House Library Vol. 4 and we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you in the coming months to see how we can help with any property plans for the year ahead.

With our very best wishes.

What our clients say about us...

The Childhood Trust is a London based charity dedicated to alleviating the impact of poverty on children and young people living in the capital. Approximately 800,000 children in London live in poverty and whilst London might be one the wealthiest cities in the world, we also have one of the highest rates of child poverty among European capitals.

With this in mind, Tedworth is delighted to support The Childhood Trust in their vision and mission to help disadvantaged children in our communities. Crucially, every penny we donate will go directly to those that need it most… the children.

Your donations can make all the difference.
